and the master bedroom has a triple aspect with lovely views
of Kalkan harbour. There are four bathrooms and all bedrooms
have en suites. There is a separate utility room on the
lower floor and a separate kitchen on the upper floor
leading to the roof terrace. Suitable for winter bookings as
it has has central heating by way of aygaz and a working gas
fire. There is also a car port on the property in the event
of someone wanting to drive to turkey and if they rent a car
it can be kept off the street. The property has balcony
outside each room and there is a garden on the lower ground.
The kitchen is more than fully equipped with water cooling
machine, microwave etc and large fridge freezer. The
property is fully walled and private as you can see from the
pictures. Maintenance staff who tend the garden , pool on a
daily basis and will also offer a mid week clean as well. |
