Quality kitchen with island and travertine work
tops, cooker, hob, extractor, large fridge
freezer, dishwasher, microwave (washing machine
in laundry room), kettle, ample cooking
utensils.
Storage cupboards.
Living rooms:
Large lounge area with sofa, armchairs, fire
place, opening to large terrace, with superb sea
views, HDTV with/satellite.
Towels and linen included (including some beach
towels). The villa is cleaned twice weekly with
a change of linen twice weekly, daily maid
service can be arranged at extra cost. The pool
and terraces are cleaned daily. |

Pool terrace and garden:
The villa has stunning sea and mountain views,
with off road parking and entrance gates,
landscaped gardens. There is a private fresh
water pool 7m x 4m and 1.5m deep. 8 sun
loungers, 2 parasols, BBQ, Three outside eating
areas - the roof terrace - sitting room terrace
or pool terrace all with table and chairs.
Other:
Small local shop 5 minute walk. More local shops
10 minute walk. Bank 10 minute walk. Pharmacy
and health centre 10 minute walk. Very large
choice of restaurants in village 10 minute walk.
