the village of Kalkan. The villa has stunning views of
Kalkan Bay and is close enough to walk downhill into the
village. The interior is modern, spacious and cool and has
been equipped to meet your every need. Outside is has its
own private infinity swimming pool with extensive terrace
and garden areas, and a shady pergola for those sundowners
and a stone built BBQ for alfresco dining. There are luxury
double sun loungers for all guests with parasols. The
premier resort of Kalkan with its excellent cuisine, array
of shops, bars and restaurants, are a 15 minute stroll away,
or 3 minute taxi ride. The perfect place for a relaxing
upmarket holiday. |

Livingroom:
Open plan living area with 2 sofas 1 can be converted to a sofa bed, TV,
PS2, Ipod docking station, CD player, DVD, 'Pay
as you go' mobile phone for booking restaurants
and taxi's etc. There is a contemporary dining
room table and chairs to seat 8 people.
Kitchen:
It is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob,
oven, toaster, and kettle,' Bean to cup'
expresso machine and electric juicer. Crockery
and cutlery for 8 plus people, and BBQ
equipment.
Utility room:
Includes washer/dryer, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner and high chair
for our little guests |

Pool terrace and
garden:
There are large outside terraces and covered pergola all with fantastic
views of Kalkan Bay. The villa has its own
private infinity pool with underwater lighting
and external shower. There are 4 double bed
sized sun loungers with parasols. The private
walled gardens are beautifully stocked with
flowering shrubs; the shaded pergola is an ideal
place to enjoy an alfresco meal or a cold beer
whilst watching the sunset. There is also a
stone built BBQ for those who fancy a night away
from the fantastic restaurants in Kalkan. |

House is cleaned/bed linen changed twice weekly. All linen and towels, to
