Kalkan Bay and is close enough to walk downhill into the

been equipped to meet your every need. Outside is has its
own private infinity swimming pool with extensive terrace
and garden areas, and a shady pergola for those sundowners
and a stone built BBQ for alfresco dining. There are luxury
double sun loungers for all guests with parasols. The
premier resort of Kalkan with its excellent cuisine, array
of shops, bars and restaurants, are a 15 minute stroll away,
or 3 minute taxi ride. The perfect place for a relaxing
upmarket holiday. |

Cleaning/ towels/
linens/ maid services
Towels and linen are included and beach towels are available for guests
use. Linen is changed every 3 days and rubbish
collected and the villa is cleaned once a week. |

Bedroom 3 with twin beds plus extra fold away bed.

Outside:
Villa Carpathia 2 has a large patio area
with 8 sunbeds and its own private infinity pool
of 8x4metres. It has an outside shower, barbeque
and table and chairs seating 8, looking out over
Kalkan and the islands beyond. There are also 2
large sunshades and a small garden at the side
with its own olive tree. There is also a small
garage suitable for one car |
