These four brand new
apartments are set in the picturesque village of Islamlar,
high in the Taurus mountains – a magical haven in the quiet
heights with the most stunning vies imaginable. Islamlar is
about a twenty minute drive from Kalkan, fifteen minutes
form the famous Patara beach, one hour from Fethiye and
about one and a half hours from Dalaman airport.
The apartments have been built in a mature garden on a level
plot looking out over the stunning mountain ranges and
towards the sea and are surrounded by vines dating back
hundreds of years. A stream gurgles by just outside the
garden feeding into the famous local trout farms and
restaurants. As well as enjoying the lawns, shrubs and trees
guests will be able to harvest their own vegetables form the
small vegetable garden (when in season) and pick their own
sweet and delicious grapes! Local eggs, butter and other
produce may be bought from the farmers and there is a small
local village store near by for basic needs. |

The apartments are very generously
proportioned. The main entrance opens onto the entrance hall
and each apartment has a separate entrance leading from the
main staircase and hallways. The
front door opens onto a landing. The bedroom is veryspacious with double bed, wardrobes,
bedside cabinets, air conditioning and private balcony with
fabulous views. The separate bathroom
has a shower, WC, wash hand basin and fitted washing
machine. There is a large open plan
lounge with kitchen / diner. It is comfortably furnished
with sofa bed, armchairs, satellite TV and
air-conditioning. The dining area has dining table and
chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with has
hob, electric cooker, fridge freezer, cabinets and cooking
equipment, crockery and china. Patio
doors open onto a large balcony with breath taking views.
All the apartments share a very large roof top terrace with
barbeque, WC, and views that are
beyond description – you just have to be there to be able to
appreciate them!
This location is ideal for a stress free holiday, far from
the madding crowd, and an opportunity to
live in close proximity to the local village community and
see the local farming traditions, enjoy the
local food and explore the stunning countryside.
Islamlar is famous for its trout restaurants and they are
used by local people as well as visitors.
A car is recommended but you can cope without one, in
particular if you plan to escape and just
relax in this fabulous location. Taxis are available and
transport may be arranged into Kalkan,
Fethiye and surrounding areas. |
